About Our Club

Established in 2003, Somersham Garden Club is a friendly bunch of like-minded individuals with a passion for all things green and growing. With skills ranging from plant expert to casual potterer, we formed the club to promote an interest in gardens and gardening in Somersham and the surrounding area, and to develop a social network among members.

SGC holds meetings and events most months through the year – mainly talks from visiting speakers during the winter, trips to show gardens in the summer, our own version of Gardeners' Question Time, social events in the summer and at Christmas, and more.  Every other year we also hold the Somersham Open Gardens Weekend, attracting visitors from near and far.
